The toilet block is small with two shared toilets and two shared showers, plus a urinal for men around the side, but never got busy even though the site was fairly full.
Cars are parked away from the pitches so the site felt larger than it is.

Facilities including showers and toilets are very clean and nice to have a proper hot shower. Greeted in the mornings by the cows in the field next to the site which was lovely. Walked to a lovely little pub about half an hour away from the site and also walked along the canal to Grindley Lockside cafe which was gorgeous! I’ve been to the site a few times and will definitely be going again!
No me gustó: WIFi was down on this occasion but the owners assured us they were trying to get it fixed. I’m sure it’ll be running again soon.

Traducir (A través del Traductor Google)Me gustó: This is our 3rd time visiting this wonderful, family friendly campsite and will we be returning?? Absolutely! Pam & Richard are always so friendly and very accommodating to anything you may need. They helped lots of caravan's / cars this weekend that got stuck in the mud and arranged for a local tractor to come and pull them out!
The site is small and perfect for families, couples and solo travellers! Pitches are level and well maintained, each having an electric and water point which is very handy :)
Facilities are always clean tidy and always plenty of hot water. We didn't struggle for showers or toilets during our stay.
Area is quiet and has some lovely local walks, not too far from shops either only a short drive. We love the fact this site is dog friendly, we can't wait to return in the summer! :)No me gustó: Absolutely nothing!
Hi Steph, well what a lovely review and thank you for taking time to write it. Easter Friday was quite challenging with all the wet weather we have had, but everyone pulled together and it meant we didn’t need to close the site and spoil everyone holiday weekend.

We camped over the Easter weekend - it was a little muddy but that was expected due to the rain. Toilets/showers always cleaned and stocked up. Peaceful and only a short drive to shops. Pamela and Richard are wonderful owners and we had a fabulous time as always. We will be looking forward to return in the summer months :)

The weather made everything muddy but the owners ensured the showers were clean and tidy at all times, always plenty of toilet roll, ground great considering the weather! Pamela and Richard were very friendly as always! WiFi great, pitches are large and water points at most pitches, along with Electric hook up! Nothing is too much trouble for them ! See you again soon xx
