No me gustó: My pitch was extremely muddy, can’t be helped with the recent weather however there were other pitches less muddy which I feel would have been better suited.

No me gustó: Mens facilities on the camp site a bit grim. The ladies in our group did say the womens were better.
Having to unlock a padlock and open a double gate to get in an out of the field is a pain, particularly when you can't even get a pedal bike out without faffing with the lock. It needs a keycode barrier ideally.
Walking routes from the site are limited.
Thanks for your review. I am sorry you didnt find the footgate adjacent to the pub, i am sure it would have been easier to take your bike through that entrance.

Set back from the road so a good quiet camp. Nice dog walk through field and village.
Had a great evening meal at the pub on Site, tho it does close for a few hours in the afternoon.No me gustó: On the dearer side to what we like to pay per night, toilet block is quite basic, electric is also extra and a meter card but we would stay again.

No me gustó: Padlocked gate with code for entry to site, waterlogged by the electric hook ups so got very muddy, pub wasn't open when we stayed nothing on pitch up .com to say so please check before booking,not enough showers and toilets for the size of the site. Also had to pay extra for electric on a card £5 each time should be included in price
Thanks for taking the time to review your stay, I am sorry to hear you didnt enjoy your visit as much as we would have liked, we always advise people to check opening times of the pub and book a table where possible. I am sorry that the area behind your hard standing near the electric meter was muddy, we have experienced rather a lot of rain recently, we do value all feedback.
