No me gustó: We misread the checkout time and believe you me the owner is absolutely scarily ruthless at kicking you off your pitch! He went and unplugged our hookup without telling us to make sure we didn’t get a penny of free electricity. Luckily we didnt notice as we weren’t using it anymore. Don’t make the same mistake we did, and do read the info properly as it was a bad end to a nice stay.
Hi, I'm sorry you had a problem understanding the check out time on the information we gave you at check in, We have printed it in bold to help with clarity. Our Bar manager has a very short period in which to check the pitches, reset meters etc, especially on a bank holiday weekend. I'm sorry you felt this left a bad end to your 1 night stop off.

Had an excellent meal at the pub which was much needed after a days hike in the Malvern hills. This maybe a little basic for some but it had everything we needed. Hot shower, small washing up area, clean toilets, pub next door, lovely walking areas and great value for money. Enjoyed our stay.

No me gustó: We were advised upon arriving that the toilets (portacabin ) were 'tired' and this was true. The toilet bowls (2) were loose had become detached from the floor.
This is a shame as the site is big (34 marked pitches) and would be luverly when grass wasn't scorched as now (August 2025) so looked bare however this is not the fault of the proprietors. would recommend if the toilets problem was attended to.
