The showers are regulated at a set temperature which have not been notified as too hot to date. However, we appreciate your feedback and have tested the temperature to ensure it is at a suitable level.

We are sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay with us and that the dogs were soaked due to the wet weather and slightly longer grass.
As the weather has been against us and we have a great deal of rain. The grass has not been cut as often. One of the reasons for this is that vehicles travelling over the grass are able to get more traction when the grass is a bit longer. This helps with towing as well. In addition when the grass is wet we avoid cutting as it can leave cut grass lying on the ground which can then be tracked into the tents, caravan etc.
Our details do state that we do not have wifi on site. many of our guests have their own wifi/wifi units that they bring with them.
We are glad you found the shower/toilet facilities clean but you must have missed the additional toilets. There are 2 single toilets within the shower block plus another 2 toilets within the large family shower rooms Plus 2 additional toilets on the outside of the shower block incorporating 1 ladies, 1 mens plus an additional separate mens urinal.
