Beautiful surroundings & stunning views. The campsite owner was extremely helpful & accommodating - the pitch allocated wasn’t very level so they sorted us a new pitch no problem, we will definitely return.

Could camp wherever you wanted,no silly rules. Lovely and clean. Very welcoming. New to camping and this site will definitely be revisited

We liked everything! Firstly the views are ace, loads of space and the river running right past, perfect views of the sun set, very green and sheep just plodding around. I brought the wrong hook up lead but the lovely lady got me one I could use. We asked to stay an extra night and there weren’t any problems. Staff came round with logs for your fire, just loved our stay

The best family run business,beautiful and well looked after land to stay on,very helpful family who couldn’t look after you more if needed!! Excellent toilet and shower blocks was an added luxury!!!

For a pop up campsite site it was great. They have made the best of what they have, yes the toilets/showers are portable and not a block but are more than fit for what you need. You see plenty of workers/owners keeping check on the site and making sure everything is ok. The little extras of making it looking pretty on arrival with hanging baskets with lovely flowers and same around the washing up area. The lads coming everyday to check if we need any more firewood was great! We had a walk to a local pub for lunch and would definitely recommend (Black Bull Inn) would definitely go back.

Not a dislike but maybe a hook in the shower cubicle to hang a towel as the floor can get wet.

Really nice site, greeted by owner on arrival and shown were to pitch. Very helpful indeed. Lovely scenery to view when sitting and enjoying a drink or two. Close to Whalley and less than 20 minutes to Clitheroe in a car.
We also got a fire pit and wood whilst we stayed which made it even better chilly nights spent around a open fire, what more could you ask for. It certainly is not a caravan and camping club site, but we aren't caravan and camping club people.
Young lads worked hard all night supplying wood for the fires at a reasonable price, a credit to the owners for how hard they worked.
Great watching the young kids run around and enjoying themselves, everyone went quiet when they should have done adhering to the site rules.
A good old fashioned camp site on a farm. No manicured lawns and spotless roads, but a working farm with cows set in lovely scenery.

Decent size pitches, toilets cleaned regularly, staff go above and beyond making sure everyone has a fire pit and wood if they want to hire one. 10 minute drive to the beautiful Tolkien trails! Amazing views!

A little noisey on an evening, but no worse than other campsites, however it was a bank holiday weekend and it didn’t ruin our break!

The site was in a good place the views from the tent were lovely, everyone was nice, the site toilets were clean.

Not much to do with the dog, no close by walks to do with the dog, the campsite isn’t big enough for a good walk with the dog.
