The space and the walk down to the river

No fishing as there was a drought (not the sites fault but they didn’t let use know before we arrived And also the reason we booked the site ) no internet and the WiFi didn’t reach our pitch , we had to walk up to the top lake to get anything .The cafe had also closed the week before but no communication again

the location, peaceful, handy for the cotswolds, great showers, friendly staff, walk to the river, access to the canal to get onto oxford canal walk, loved this campsite

Welcoming staff, clean facilities, nice pitches and a great play area.

Sewerage smell from the toilet block/vent pipe from septic tank.

Very quite park with ample area for kids to play. Clean bathrooms with great hot showers. The staff are super friendly and helpful with planning our trip into Oxford. They have a small shop onsite, perfect for that emergency beer or cider.

lovely site, very friendly and helpful staff, cafe served nice food and shop was well stocked. Very central for us visiting with a nice co-op within walking distance. Will definitely come back and have recommended it to friends and family. Toilet block was clean and tidy not the most modern but alot better than some sites I've been too. Pitches are nice and level with small trees/hedges separating them for added privacy. Lots of wildlife including wild deer.
Some local take aways do deliver to the site if u ask at reception for details.

There were no separate hand basin cubicles for if u just wanted a wash or to brush your teeth but didn't spoil the experience of the holiday.

Lovely site, set in a beautiful area. Host was also really welcoming and accommodating

Nothing would book again

Pitches are a good size. Trees separate most. Very well maintained site. Clean toilets/showers even on a busy BHA weekend.
Friendly people. Lovely to walk around the lakes and to the river with the dogs.
Very much recommend.

We are new to camping and hadn’t thought about how busy a family site would be especially on a BH. But our poor choice. Even though it was a lively site, all quiet by dark.

Fabulous size pitch. Clean toilets and clean hot showers. Lovely shop on site. Great dog walking field. Lovely park for the kids. River access and lovely fishing lakes.

The cafe was closed on out visit.

Fantastic walking for our dogs. Peaceful, friendly and close to home. Even found us an electric hook up
