We enjoyed our winter stay at Glebe Leisure and would love to come back in the spring/summer. Facilities were clean and tidy with supplies. Location perfect for our visits to Waddendon Manor and Blenheim Palace. Check in was quick and easy. Pleasant and helpful staff.

Really liked how peaceful this site was. We arrived around 5pm and was greeted by a lady who kindly pointed us in the right direction. The facilities were clean and opened all night. We managed to do a wash for £3 and tumble drier was fab as it is a large industrial type and only took £2 to dry all our clothes. In the morning we filled up with water before heading to the ferry.

It's difficult to undress in the shower as there are no hooks anywhere to hang clothes. The road leading to the campsite is very narrow for big motor-homes.

Generally quiet site with hot and cold showers, all facilities you should need.
Generally clean site, very dark after sunset.
Lovely fishing lake to walk around.

Only two showers and two toilets in each field, luckily the site was very quiet due to being in the low season. I think this would be a big issue in the higher seasons.
Also only one washing machine and tumble dryer, and these are also used by the warden so often twice had to wait for them to be available which was a shame.
Also has ground works going on on their caravan storage site which involved a string of dumper trucks on several days we were staying. There was also work going on on the shower block, despite it being quite new. The builder was literally shouting at the top of his voice to the music he had blaring out, which was not ideal when trying to relax.

This was our fourth time visiting Glebe, and I have to say, it is still the best place I have ever glamped. The facilities are clean, and the site is incredibly peaceful. We adore this location! The fishing lake is well-stocked; unfortunately, my partner only caught one fish this time, but he enjoyed every hour spent there. The shops are not far away from those things you always forget—haha!

There is nothing I dislike about here

Small friendly site. Toilet and shower facilities nearby. Showers nice and hot. Great little pub, Butchers Arms, only a shirt walk or drive away, 1.3 miles. There is also a lovely little coffee and cake van next to pub on the green.

Need a squeedgy floor mop for guests to use in the shower. Also an extra hook or 2 on the shower door would be handy as no seat to put clothes.

Shower/toilet block wasn’t well designed and had a lot of mud and leaves in.
Addition of door mats and mops would help with mud.

More hooks and drying space would improve showers.
