Quiet area, welcome was great, facilities good and clean.

Nice big pitches

Reception was closed when we arrived so went straight to our pitch, which is fine but we didn't see any staff during the stay so felt a bit impersonal

Lovely campsite, not too big.
Fabulous cafe, lovely food & good value.
On site shop with selection of essentials, staff all helpful & friendly.
Great place to stay for visiting Brighton, Eastbourne, Hastings & Battle.

Flat pitches, fully serviced.

Toilets clean but very dated.

No hardstanding as advertised, toilet disposal rotten and in urgent need of repair. No management of pitches i.e tents seem to spread out over a number of pitches, some caravans were pitched incorrectly.

Site was overpriced, run down and in dire need of investment.

Cafe was also extremely overpriced

We took our 3 grandchildren 1st week. Then swapped then over for another 2 grandchildren. Facilities were excellent onsite. Small friendly site. After 10pm music etc outside had to stop, which was perfect for families with young children

Toilets and showers could be much cleaner,

Nice and tidy, nice easy online check in so I already had the gate code and pitch number before I arrived.
Toilets and showers are kept clean.
On site cafe ( I didn’t use it so can’t comment on the quality of it )
Had a nice walk out in the local woodland and down to the local village the next day.

Not much to dislike.
As long as you fellow campers are respectful it will be a great experience.

Lovely camp site, had everything we needed and kids loved the play area and field to play in.

Bed not very comfortable & nothing against the place as it’s a but a rat was knawing sounded like in wall of pod!
