The campsite, facilities, close to towns/beaches, lots of room in tent area

Kathy behind the bar. Good friendly, funny Lancashire girl. Very attentive and good memory for drinks orders.

Dan the chef takes pride in cooking amazing, hot, tasty food. He also is very friendly and passionate about cooking. Even makes his own really tasty pizza dough and does beautiful curries.

6am noise from the road. Take earplugs.

Netter Empfang. Gute sanitäre Anlagen. Auch eine Waschmaschine (zusätzliche Gebühren), Mikrowelle, Bügeleisen, Kaffeeautomat stehen zur Verfügung.

Es gibt keine gute Möglichkeit vom Platz aus einen Ausflug zu machen - es wird immer ein Auto benötigt.
Das WLAN war kostenpflichtig und wurde von uns nicht genutzt.

Weren't given WiFi code on arrival. Can't have open fires which knew before we booked.

A lovely site very clean amenities and well maintained staff very pleasant especially joe one of the ground crew who went above and beyond to help us out when unable to get a taxi this guy is a true gentleman we were so grateful will without doubt be back as CB I’ve said it’s probably been the best kept site I’ve used this year well worth a visit once again Joe thank you so much

The warm welcome, clean shower blocks and great pitches.

This is a first-class camp site and it’s very difficult to pick many faults.

I guess it’s out of the way and in the middle of nowhere and to get anywhere it’s important you have a car.

Nearest place is Sidmouth at about 20 minutes with Exmouth, Dawlish Warren and Dawlish being around 40 mins away.

The site itself it clean and well kept with toilets and showers being extremely nice.

It caters mainly for caravans and motor homes with electric hookups for around 10 tents but there is a huge field for non electric hookups.

There’s a small club which is nice and that serves food too but it is small.

I’d say it does cater for small children with a tiny park for them to play on but that’s it.

It’s not the site for children from 10 years old I’d say. There’s not much to entertain them but there is a lively nature walk.

All-in-all I high recommend it.

Not a great deal to be honest.

A couple of the locks in the toilets and and showers in both mens and womens didn’t work correctly with two not locking at all so they need fixing.

The only other thing I’d say is that each pitch on the electrical hookup section could do with a wooden table and benches like one of the pitches had. That would be useful.
