Men jag stod på mig så till slut fick vi vår sjötomt vilken var fin och det enda positiva på den campingen. Man måste även köpa till wifi.

Regarding this untruthful review, we would like to contest many aspects described by the customer.
First of all, the customer arrived at the campsite with an incorrect reservation. The customer made a booking indicating that they would arrive with a van measuring 2.5 meters by 4.0 meters.
However, the customer arrived with a camper that was much longer than the reserved size, specifically 7.5 meters.
At this point, although we could have asked the customer to leave because they made a booking error, we still allowed the stay but unfortunately assigned them to a pitch suitable for the size they described.
We want to point out that we showed the customer their reservation at check-in.
The customer had also stayed with us last year and knew very well that the sun loungers in the pool area are paid (€2.00).
We do not understand why it was fine last year but not this year.
In any case, all this information is included in the general booking details.
It was simply a matter of reading carefully before making the reservation.

regarding this untruthful review, we would like to contest many aspects described by the customer.
The customer arrived with a camper length significantly exceeding our permitted measurements, specifically over 7.00 meters.
We provided the customer with a pitch suitable for their camper, but unfortunately, the customer contested the assigned pitch.
The lakeside pitches have maximum measurements of 6.5 meters, as described.
The opening hours of the pool, as stated, are from 09:00 to 13:00 and 15:00 to 19:00, totaling 8 hours per day.
It is not true that the pool is small; it measures 20 meters by 13 meters. Our campground has 100 pitches and the pool size is appropriate for it.
Our toilets are like all others, with individual toilets in each cabin; we do not have cabins with multiple toilets. I find it quite strange that some guests expect to do their business holding hands!
Wi-Fi in our campground is free in the reception and bar areas, while inside the campground it is managed by another company that charges a fee. However, free Wi-Fi zones do exist.
All these details are clearly described in the general booking information.
It would have been enough to read carefully before making a reservation.
