The owner and the staff, that we met, all spoke English and made us feel so welcome! The pitches were great. The food in the restaurant was really lovely.....and the restaurant, itself, had a great atmosphere. The showers/toilet blocks were clean, had toilet seats AND loo paper! Fabulous!!! Thank you all for a lovely, comfortable and happy time in Camping Saint Louis.
Ps only half an hour from Calais ferry port was such a relief! Brilliant and thank you, again.No me gustó: I hope a 'constructive criticism' .........the 'arrival' area is very small, so if one arrives early, it could be difficult to get off the road. Also, when leaving, early in the morning, after 6am, although the electric barrier let us out, it was difficult to navigate past the 'manual' metal barrier, right in the middle of the exit path. (We still loved the place though!)
