The campsite layout. The large pitches. We found it to be a really relaxing campsite with lots of space. A great stay.

Located just outside the village with a short walk to the pub, diggers rest, which serves excellent food in a relaxed atmosphere. Good farm shop a short drive away. Clean facilities on site, but needs more than 1 shower (you have to time your ablutions lol). Overall a good base if you are sightseeing along South Devon voast with Sidmouth, Seaton, and Lyme Regis nearby.

We spent the day in Exmouth, which has changed so much for the better over the past few years and a lot of money has been spent on the sea front attractions.
The campsite is just 15 minutes away from Exmouth but there are also many other local attractions on the door step.
The Diggers Rest is also a great pub and was a 10 minute walk from the campsite.
The campsite is also very well looked after and very specious pitches with watwer and electricity.
We will be back for another peaceful weekend.

Traducir (A través del Traductor Google)Me gustó: Very friendly welcome when we arrived and given a choice of pitches. Very clean and well kept site. Loved the cows in the barn who were very inquisitive when I went to meet them. Would definitely return.
No me gustó: There was only one thing that we thought could have been avoided and that was the mowing of our pitch when we were occupying it. But altogether a lovely place.

Apologies for the disruption of your pitch being mowed, Mr Dagworthy Senior is 87 years old but still does love to keep the grass cut, he wouldn't mean to disturb anyone, and we hope you agree he keeps our lawns looking lovely!

Traducir (A través del Traductor Google)Me gustó: Set up was easy. We were close to washroom which was cleaned daily. Plenty of space in the pitch for the van and the car along side. We also had a grass pitch for setting up table and chairs to sit and relax in the evening. We had fantastic weather and made use of the grass area daily.
No me gustó: Electric hook up was on next doors pitch.

As you say some of out electric points serve multiple pitches but there is an outlet available for each pitch and the power isn't affected by this. We are happy to provided extension cables if required.
