Toilets discreet and clean. Hairdryer worked well.
Plenty place to wash dishes.
Easy access to Exeter.
Loads of information up on wall.
Good working washing machine and dryer available.No me gustó: Dirty mop. I tried to clean the shower room but to no avail. Understandably with heavy rain people brought in muddy shoes as I did, but it would have been nice if the mop was clean.
Road worker did washing in machine with heavy duty muddy outer clothes which left debris in the washing machine as well as dryer. I felt sorry for the farmer that beautiful machines were used for that.

Cracking pub 10 mins walk through nice village, walked to Exton and caught train to Exmouth which was a lovely trip, lots of walking but worth it. Friendly lady owner, no shop on site but decent showers and laundry so overall very good and reasonably priced too.
Close to motorway M5 too.
No me gustó: little shop might have been nice, a bit more information when checking in but no major issues at all.
Wifi didn't work but I had my oww.
OK for a couple of nights

No me gustó: Disabled shower had no chair/stool and floor was very slippery. There were 3 traveller vans on site when we arrived who had turned up unpaid and uninvited who did eventually leave when the police intervened.
The accessible shower cubicle has a drop down seat. Duck boards are situated in the changing area to avoid the need to step immediately onto tiled areas . A mop is provided should guests wish to use it and the facilities are checked and cleaned daily.
Sadly we did experience a visit from some unwelcome visitors who failed to show any respect to paying guests or ourselves fortunately this is an unusual event..

There is a local information board and we are always willing to offer additional assistance if requested. There are four showers on site. All shower equipment is less than one year old. Two shower cubicles where installed less than one year ago. Facilities are cleaned and checked daily .We are a short drive from a variety of shops and are always willing to give directions or advice. Few villages have pavement's on lanes .
