Good size and well equipped.
Customer service was exceptional. Small issue with bed sheets resolved in less than 10 minutes and everyone all too happy to help and polite.No me gustó: Hand towels and towels for the bathroom and an extra set of cups and plates. 1 for each individual is a bit limiting.
Kitchen towel wasn’t the best for drying.

No me gustó: There was lot of dislikes this time ! Our tv wouldn’t work along with the wifi ! We had gone there to catch up on thing we are too busy for all week and was unable to do this !
When we called staff to fix it , they were unhelpful and rude! Serious lack of customer service ! It was all too much effort for them!
They finally came to help and the manager was called as we asked to swap pods! She was very rude on the phone . She was no as all the lodges are taken when we knew for a fact they wasn’t due to no cars and no people to be seen !
We finally got moved after moaning , and then the internet also didn’t work there after about 10minutes.
The door wouldn’t close, it was freezing and drafty all the time ! And we couldn’t lock it and felt very unsafe.
The fridge froze everything even when on a low number!
Not happy atall and would like to try and get money back!
