Playroom. Great facility our 5yr old grandson loved it.
Showers,toilet and other utilities immaculate and perfect.
Pizza to die for cooked on site to perfection.

Loved the welcoming from Alex & Clare within the beautiful grounds surrounded by Poplar trees. Very peaceful setting, in the middle of nowhere, horses grazing, ducks wandering around the site, one is at true bliss. We camped for the two nights and the facilities there are very good. Homemade pizzas prepped and cooked in front of us alfresco on the second night from the hosts themselves was a great experience, my son quoted "that was the best pizza I have ever had!". Would recommend to all.

Clare and Alex were fantastic hosts who have created a little slice of heaven. Their site is just beautiful with great clean facilities with all you could ask for. We will definitely be staying here again.

Absolutely fantastic experience at Brakehill Lodge booked through Pitchedup.com! We brought our own tent and were delighted with the electric hitch-up provided, which made our stay even more convenient. The location was stunning, and the facilities were immaculate. Booking was seamless, and the service from start to finish was top-notch. Highly recommend and can't wait to return! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Quiet, remote and relaxing location, small number of bell tents onsite. Good set up for each tent with everything needed to enjoy a relaxed stay.

Very little to dislike in reality, tents maybe a little close to each other to allow better privacy, but a minor point.

Good size pitch for our tent. Good facilities. Great location nice and quite. We took our dog and that was fine.had to stay on the lead just because of free roaming ducks.

This place was very good the owners where very nice and there farm is lovely quiet and relaxing the kids really enjoyed it there and I felt it was a very safe place for them would definitely recommend and return

I had a lovely 1 night stay at the weekend. The site is set in beautiful surroundings with lovely gardens. The facilities are very good including a barn area where you can use kettles and toasters etc.. or just sit and read. I took my own tent but you can also stay in bell tents or a shepherd's hut. Highlight of my stay was the delicious pizza cooked and served in the garden by the owners of the site. The family looked after me so well in what is basically their home and even their dog gave me a warm welcome. There are walks from the site to burn off the pizza and I even left with some plants for a small donation to charity. The site can be used for weddings and parties and the facilities for this are excellent including a bar and silo games room.
Perfect place to stay! I will definitely be booking another visit soon.

Beautiful site with wonderful hosts. I stayed with my wife and two children (11 and 8). On this first night we opted for some wood fired pizzas which was a great way to end a long car journey. There are some nice animals on site, ducks, chickens, horses, and in the neighbouring fields some deer and hares.
