Lots of space tents didn’t feel on top of each other.
Great location 15 mins drive to the sea and only 7 mins from a wonderful donkey sanctuary.

The site has amazing views, spacious pitches, the facilities are clean and functional, it is very child friendly with space for them to run and play. The cafe serves good food and lovely local cider and the burgers we bought for the bbq were delicious. We had a farm tour and Gerald was so informative and friendly answering all the children’s questions and telling stories about the site. Pam was so friendly and chatty, always taking time to have a conversation; and it’s this lovely couple that add that extra warmth and joy to the site.

Having to leave-the children cried!! We will certainly return, thank you Pam and Gerald.

Peaceful location, lovely views, with adequate facilities for our stay. Purchased fuel for our fire pit for £10 and was pleasantly surprised at the amount supplied, took some home with us as there was so much.

No problem for us at all for our stay but there wasn't an on site shop so for long stays would need to take own provisions.

Enjoyed everything about this campsite,the surroundings and views were amazing,showers toilets were clean and showers were hot .

The food which was cooked by Pam was amazing, home cooked tasty n reasonably priced , we liked our first meal that much we ended up eating in there every day.
As hosts Gerald n Pam were helpful kind n courteous, it was our first time in our tourer and we couldn’t have picked a better place in our opinion ( we have booked to go back for bank hol weekend) .loved it.

Absolutely loved this quirky, rustic spot. We were given a lovely pitch with views across the hills. We enjoyed a few afternoon drinks in the Café/Restaurant followed by take away dinner to enjoy in our van, which was delicious.
Totally clean and if you don't mind a rustic feel, the showers were piping hot.
WIFI good.
We loved it all and will defo visit again.
Visited Seaton while staying, this was rather sad and rundown.

Absolutely nothing

The location is lovely with great views over the country side. It's a quiet rural site although is very close to Honiton, Seaton and Lyme Regis. The staff were very helpful.

The pub approx 2 miles down the road, 'The Hare & Hounds', did an excellent Sunday roast.

The majority of pitches are sloping. Unfortunately, the majority of the pitches higher up on the level ground are not electric hookups. We found that our electric hookup had to be shared with others by using a splitter. This didn't however affect our use of the electric.

The shower/toilet/washing up block are not of a very good standard. It's little more than a block built farm shed. Not all had mirrors or shelving. The water for the washing up was barely luke warm and there were no plugs for the sinks. Other sites we have been to have been considerably better.

We booked to have a meal in the restaurant during our stay. Unfortunately, we waited well over an hour for our meals. The service was very slow, which was down to there only being one member of staff who in-between waiting was out on site. The food was very basic and one of the steaks was returned. I was however refunded the price of my meal. We thought that the delay in service was due to a wedding being held elsewhere on the farm. We were however informed that the wedding would not have affected the restaurant as it ws run separately.

Relatively peaceful location, rope swing for the children was fun, washing machine free to use, showers were hot.

The facilities were grubby and the hand soap had run out but wasn't replaced (something which a wipe over and daily check would have easily solved), grass in tent areas was very long, almost like a meadow which meant we all had constantly wet feet, socks and trainers, no shop. Electric pitches on quite a slope which made tent comfort a challenge and things sliding off tables all the time etc.

Had clean toilets and showers, plenty of drinking water taps and even fridges, freezers, washing machine and charging point. The restaurant was lovely and homely and very friendly and helpful staff. Thank you!

Good location, good price, friendly

Our tent pitch was right next to the road which was noisy. The tent pitches were very close together, would've preferred more space between them. Toilets were also bit of a walk downhill and very busy - potentially could do with more to cater for whole site.
