Loved the site booked again for August

Site was lovely and quiet and had a shop two mins walk away and a couple of lovely pubs, would definitely stay again.

Didn’t get sent the pitch number or the toilet blocks code in email

Nice open space…. No fuss and easy with no hassle from anyone just turn up set up and away you go

Only thing was that the grass was recently cut meaning it was everywhere as the weather wasn’t great but not a bad reflection on the place it’s self

Beautiful site right next to a Victorian Brewery. A couple of nice pubs and a train station 5 minutes walk away. Brand new shower block

Hot water ran out at 11 am one day. The whole site is grass and due to the rain, a few cars got stuck which left the site all churned up. Also be aware that the brewery shop doesn't
open Sat/Sun and there are no brewery tours over a BH weekend. Bit silly really as the site was full!

Location was great. Ideal for us with having two dogs, nice big field next to us and easy access to walking down the river bank. ideal for friendly dogs as locals do use the camp sight as a cut through walking there own dogs. Toilet block was clean on arrival. HOT showers. adorability was a big tick!

I personally found the working brewery noisy, 24 hours a day and outside of your standard working hours. Very early starts on sight moving barrels with fork lifts, and lorry’s being loaded and un loaded. Following a loud mixing/ humming sound consistently throughlythe night. ( to be expected i guess?)
I don’t think the toilet block is cleaned frequently enough as during our stay with guests coming and going they became more and more dirty (again to be expected but we stayed for 6 nights and I believe it was only cleaned on day one)

Do not expect to communicate with ease with anyone who runs the sight. Didn’t really get any more information than just what was on booking form. Had to source code for toilets from other campers. Contact numbers provided were never answered and emails took a long turn around to respond.

Fantastic quiet little site. Shower block was lovely and clean. Really close to shop, takeaway, chip shop and pubs.

Couldn't see a washing up area and only one waste bin we could see.

Brewery was having refit so was not open for drinks but the last time I visited staff all friendly and welcoming due to shop been closed staff was able to sort me some of the beer from the wholesale office

Each toilet need mop and bucket as some campers don’t clean up after themselves apart from that I would recommend the site

Lovely grass site, close to a little coop and 2 pubs. Village was ok.
Immaculately clean and VERY warm shower and toilet blocks. Very reasonably priced. All information provided ahead of stay as it’s unstaffed.

Amazingly clean and warm showers/loos.
Fabulous location in interesting village and near station so no need to move campervan.

Brewery tour with Trevor was really interesting and we got to try 5g which is excellent.

The only thing was lack of a pot washing facility would be great if an outside sink amd draining board could be put somewhere round the back of the toilet block
