Stayed here for 2 nights on the camping field. It’s a bit bumpy but fairly level. Toilets/showers are portacabin style but are clean and powerful. Working brewery so barrels start rolling at 5.30am. When you book you are allocated a pitch number, you don’t see anyone when you arrive. Train station and co op 10 mins walk.

Smell of the brewery. And early noise.

Great location with train and buses within 100m of site. Plenty of space and of course the brewery. Discounted tours for those on the site.
Great value for money.

Toilet door Locks very fiddley, you need a torch at night to sort them out.

Wainfleet is a lovely village with 2 fab pubs close by plus a Co-Op in the village. Caught the train into Skegness one day and also Boston on another day. The site is nice and peaceful with the toilets/shower block is also kept nice and clean with hot water all of the time. The attached brewery offer a tour for £15 however if you’re camping on the site the price for the tour drops to £10. Will definitely re-book even though this was our 2nd visit this year. Would highly recommend the food at the Woolpack.

People seem to think that they can camp on any pitch that they like, this is not the case and you are designated a pitch on booking. I had to ask another camper to move as he was on my pitch, he said he didn’t like the pitch that was designated to him!! I wouldn’t go on his pitch as he was there until Sunday and I was there until Monday, what if someone was arriving on Sunday and was designated his pitch, I’d have to move for one night. This seem to be the case with other campers too. Maybe make it more prominent on the confirmation what number pitch you’re on and not to go on an undesignated pitch. Also I’m afraid that on our 2nd night two tourers arrived behind us, they were smoking weed it really stank our caravan out, I shut all the windows making sure that they heard me moaning about the stink. We were going home the next morning, 8:30am they were smoking it again. I’m sure that it’s purely because it’s an unmanned site, however if this happens again I will be phoning the company.

Lovely site. Nice showers and toilets. Good location (pubs, bus and train nearby). Would definitely stay again.

A very minor thing - we didn't get the email about the pitch number and toilet code, so we contacted the site ourselves. Got a really prompt reply, telling us the code and pitch 4. When we got to the site pitch 4 was taken, so we just found another pitch and emailed the site. If the site was busy (it wasn't) this could get awkward. Not sure how you solve it though - obviously making it manned would put the cost up.

Great little campsite, pitches spacious, and absolutely great value for money. Facilities always very clean, and everything you need in the quaint little village, locals really friendly, and only a 10 minute train ride into Skegness.

Very quiet and nice clean facilities, level grass, well maintained, clear pitches, easy to find, pubs and takeaways in short walking distance. Great email prior telling you everything you needed to know ie code for facilities and pitch number
