Large green space with great views and a relaxed atmosphere. Good access to the outdoors with lots of runs and walks nearby.

Whilst functioning fine, the toilet and kitchen facilities were slighly worn

Great location, campers split over several fields based on type of camping (touring, tents, static caravans etc.). Basic but clean facilities. Friendly staff. Loved the fire pits and availability of logs and kindling. Beautiful clear dark skies, so clouds permitting, brilliant for stargazing.

We stayed in the yurt and it was awesome!.
The staff at the site are friendly and helpful.
The yurt itself was really spacious inside. A lovely wood burning stove in there to keep the chill off.
The views are amazing
Facilities were good too with showers and a toilet block.
There was extra portaloos around site too to help with social distancing.
Recommend this site!!

Loved the space And views and the staff were great and very helpful. The shower block and toilet facilities were clean and useable. Evening entertainment was mostly enjoyable would love to visit again

Picked the wrong day to set up the tent as it was very wet lol

We loved Sunnyhill. As a group of 8 adults who were supposed to go to Shambala festival we decided to go camping instead and have our own festival.

We found the perfect spot away from most families (right over the hill and down by the stream). Because of the big hill not many people camp down there (it’s a job to get the car back up!), so it was just us and 2
other pitches, which was perfect because we wanted to play music and have drinks. Paul - one of the owners came down a couple of times to check on us; they are all so lovely, relaxed down to Earth.

The live music and local cider was such a treat! The guitarists were so talented! We saw one of the best sunsets we have ever seen, too.

Showers were hot and we only had to queue one of the days because we got up late - rush hour is around 10. If you get there for around 8/9 you can walk straight in. Washing up facilities is like a kitchen!

Toilets in the main block were always so clean! And the portaloos were clean too. Yes no one really likes a portaloo, but that’s what you get at a festival (and much worse) so we didn’t mind at all, if anything made us feel more festive!

We went for a lovely walk one of the days to Wincanton town to the pub. Follow the road and turn right when you get to Love Lane. Takes you through the fields / along the stream etc.

We had lovely weather which was a bonus. The staff were so genuine too!
