Cromer, Norfolk, England
Fully-serviced hardstanding touring pitch
Liked The site was lovely, clean tidy with friendly helpful staff. Within walking distance of Cromer and overstrand for able bodied people. I was travelling with my disabled husband and a mobility scooter.
Disliked This is not a dislike, just a recommendation to the site. I did speak to reception.
The grey waste needs to be looked into. Currently you have to empty it in the elsan point, which is up to steps and then lift into a unit that is probably just under a metre off the floor. Not practical. And then my second thing is wall chairs or little optional stools are needed for the showers. Again, it would make it easier for people with disabilities, older people, or even more abled bodied people to be able to dry and dress after the shower.

Liked Nice, small campsite set in nice surroundings
Ideal location for visiting Tenby, Pembroke and surrounding areas.
Polite, helpful, friendly staff
Disliked Not a dislike but more information sharing
No disabled showering/toilet facilities which was an issue due to husbands disability, ( I should of check prior to booking)
Showers and washing up area could do with a little bit of TLC, but all functioning and hot showers

Electric grass touring pitch
Liked The site was a haven for fishing, there was a lovely walk around the lakes with the dog. The lady who maintained the toilets and shower cubicles was very friendly and polite. Showers were kept clean and tidy, as was the site
Disliked The field was very open and we were there in a couple of windy days so this did blow across quite alot. There is only one washing up sink as well so could do with another
