Liked Cleanliness of site, bathroom blocks laundry and the pitches. Managers were friendly and approachable and accomadtinh as we did not want leave and were were able to extend our stay without any problems. Was even able to borrow a manly hammer! The staff work extremely hard, we noticed on a few nights they had to return for different reasons and they never appear to stop, maybe worth investing in more staff. Perfect location, plunge pool in river. Small post office and shop nearby in Eskdale this has limited hours. Further afield in Seascale there is a pizza shop, co op and chinese takeaway. Please take cash, although there is a cash machine this was out of order on a couple of occasions. I accidentally broke my wrist and west Cumbrian hospital also was good! We will be going back and trying to figure out when, these guys need a round of applause for the superb running of this site! See you soon guys!
