Electric hardstanding and grass touring pitch
Liked Cleanliness of site in general and showers/toilets in particular. Friendliness of staff and picturesque setting
Disliked Loss of electricity resulting in significant loss of food in fridge due to faulty electric post. This was not the fault of the site but was an huge inconvenience

Liked Great friendly welcome. Clean, quiet site with lovely fishing. Facilities were clean & warm with loads of hot water.
Disliked The speed bumps on the drive are unforgiving with a caravan - even at very slow speeds.
Minor gripe - the restaurant on-site was lovely but we forgot to book a table and were turned away. As a resident of the site, more should have been done to accommodate us - even with a wait.

Electric optional grass pitch
Liked Quiet, very clean, reasonably priced basic campsite. We had electric hook-up and a tap on the pitch which we liked. Chemical waste & grey water disposal was clean & easy. Although there was only one shower, it was meticulously cleaned every day and kept clean all day. Water was plentiful and hot, both for showers and washing up sinks. Proprietors were friendly and helpful. No problems at all with prepaid electricity and our refund was given before we had hooked up to leave. There is no wi-fi at all on the site but this was not a problem for us.
Disliked Nothing to dislike.

Electric hardstanding and grass touring pitch
Liked Excellent facilities - warm and clean with plenty of hot water. Warm and friendly welcome. Water and electric hook-up at each pitch. Walkable to nearest beach and easy drive to Hornsea for supermarket and other shops
Disliked Not a complaint, more an observation. Pitches could be wider to enable car to be parked alongside caravan if not using an awning. It was a shame to see vehicles having to drive on the grass while it was so wet just to park across the front of the caravan.

Liked Holiday Park was very easy to find and is very well maintained. Pitches are of a good size and laid out to maximise privacy. The amenities are clean and the water is hot and plentiful. We particularly liked that campers are asked to keep noise to a minimum after 10pm, which was adhered to. Dog walk at the back of the site was great.
We will return to this site, but not at a bank holiday again or half term.
Disliked Unfortunately, we stayed at the site over half term. It was very busy with caravans, tents and glazing pods. Although every effort is made by the owners to keep the facilities clean and tidy, the showers do overflow and not all campers are willing to use the mop/squeegee provided so a paddling situation ensues. Add children playing in the facilities and it becomes a sea of grass cuttings and toilet paper. Gross!!
