Liked Site was convenient for all areas to explore. Friendly welcome.

Disliked Toilets were closed at 8pm and there were only 4 ladies showers for the whole site. I can understand they got misused if left open but that is not your paying customers problem. Maybe night security needed. Electric set up was very confusing for some. I personally asked someone who stays all season for advice.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the toilet facilities. The disable toilet will be refreshed in due course. We are currently looking into a security fob system which would allow customers to access the toilets 24 hours a day, while still helping us prevent misuse of the facilities. Regarding the electric, our welcome letter provides clear instructions on how to load credit onto the electric meter. If customers require any assistance, our reception team are also happy to help explain the process. We also include the information verbally on check in.
