Shelduck (area 3) fully-serviced gravel and hardstanding touring pitch
Liked Plenty for kids to do
Disliked Caravan gravel pitches are way too close together, very loud neighbours of the travelling descend. Seems to be a popular place for them as we’re in a group. Dirty, smelly toilets and showers - very little staff presence. Lots of litter, bins hardly emptied. Without wanting to sound snobby it’s the type of site that attracts a certain crowd, we wouldn’t recommend or be visiting again

From the manager: Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're pleased to hear that there was plenty for the children to enjoy during your stay. I am sorry that other aspects of your visit did not meet your expectations. We welcome guests from all backgrounds and want everyone to enjoy their holiday while treating fellow guests with courtesy and respect. I was also disappointed to read your comments regarding the cleanliness of the toilet and shower facilities, litter, and the bins. This is not the standard we aim to provide. Our park teams work hard throughout the day and into the evening to maintain the facilities, empty bins, and keep the park looking its best. Unfortunately, on busy days, areas can quickly become untidy between scheduled checks, but we would always encourage guests to let a member of the team know if something needs immediate attention so it can be dealt with as quickly as possible. We continue to invest in the park and listen carefully to our guests' feedback to help shape future improvements. It's in our nature to listen, learn, and do better. Thank you again for taking the time to leave your comments.
