Liked Camp site was tidy Welcoming reception Freezers and fridges to use on site Fairy washing up liquid in sinks Soap on sinks and showers clean and tidy Cafe is lovely

Disliked Only downside is getting to site is a little tight if in large cars but nothing too big to put you off for booking

Liked Quite campsite, great showers and always warm water, location brilliant to all of Cornwall. Ease of access into site and late back not an issue

Disliked No staff about that we were able to see, self check in a little odd

We find most customers like the ease of the self check in especially as you mentioned, it allows for ease of access outside of typical "office hours". Guests are given our 24 hour contact details from arrival so there would always be someone on hand to help if you did need us :) Hopefully we will see you again soon!

Liked Site was large and lots of space to pitch but that was the only good factor

Disliked There was no one to welcome us or Tell us about the site for over 5 hours The advertised site is not what you get. Showers and toilets smelt SO BAD of rotten eggs. Very unclean. Showers were limited use between certain times and this caused delays of rebooked trips despite the warden agreeing to put them on earlier. Gates are locked at 11pm so you cannot leave if needed and who knows what would happen if there was an emergency as this was not explained The adventure park is not included in the pitch and costs £28 per person extra. I would not recommend staying here.

Liked The kind hosts were welcoming, clean and tidy site. AMAZING PRESSURE IN THE SHOWERS! Instant hot water too! Animals were a nice addition to the stay. Hosts were able to give local advise to nearby places. I would highly recommend if you want a campsite which is very cost effective.

Disliked Nothing to dislike about this site.
