Liked Welcome by the friendly warden, Allison,set the stay off on the right note. Pitch was spacious, level and well kept with water as well as electric. Showers and washing facilities were ideal. On site cafe did an excellent breakfast. Site is a short walk to the village of Haxey which has several pubs and shops, all explained by the warden. We explored the area by bike and there are plenty of quiets routes to choose, just don’t expect any hills! The fishing lakes looked good and were popular. A high proportion of permanent pitches suggest others like it too. Adult only site was ideal for us.

Disliked Occasional sound of trains but it’s not a busy line and would depend on the wind direction. EE mobile reception wasn’t great, but that’s not the sites fault!
