Disliked Shame 1 of the toilet doors and 1 of the shower doors didn’t close and no hot water for washing up

From the manager: Hi Lynn, thanks for taking the time to leave a review. I've looked at the doors a few times since and can't see an issue. I wonder whether it was the heat or the rain that made the door swell? We try to make it clear on our website that we don't have piped hot water for washing up. Most of our guests just use the provided kettle to get hot water - unfortunately due to the rustic nature of the site we can't provide hot water there without getting another gas burner. Cheers, Ruth
