Liked Very friendly and helpful owners, very peaceful (Thursday night, not many other campers there), very clean. Dog field great, not big but a good size for doggos to run around and play ball and fences to stop even a large dog escaping

Liked The location, it's beautiful rural setting with fantastic walks. There is at least one pub within a couple of miles. The 'old-fashioned' camping feel, no allocated pitches or 'street' lights Log fires are allowed Farm animals - there were a couple of baby goats running around, very cute! Not regimented & not too many rules Will definitely return!

Disliked Price - expensive for what it is, especially if you're in a motorhome or camper van Having to take our rubbish home with us - for the price we paid we would have expected bins.... Loos are basic although this was not a problem for us as we have own facilities. We did not see queues mentioned in other reviews

Disliked Very busy - we stayed Fri-Mon in July. Sunday night was lovely but Friday and Saturday were very busy and some campers were inconsiderate, parking too close. A campervan parked less than 2 meters from us and we decided to move and managed to find a better spot. I would visit again but earlier or later in the season
