The site was lovely. The facilities were clean and functional. The site was well signposted from the a30.

Nothing to dislike.

Nice spacious pitch, great tree swing for children away at the bottom of the field. Fridge/freezer was available to put some items in. All other basic needs covered making it a simple trip. The corner mentioned in some reviews is not that tight at the bottom of the field and the single track road is well sign posted.

The quiet, well laid out site which is well kept, fairly safe for children (but as advertised and signposted there are ponds etc which are hidden so watch the children closely! )
There is a goose which wanders the site. It's generally quite friendly but doesn't seem.to like the backs of cars and can be quite threatening if you don't like him! He didn't bother us at all.
There are a few nice pubs within a short drive and spar type shop.
Showers are very hot but the shower curtains aren't quite wide enough to properly cover the doorway and the shower heads turn toward the wall when in use!
Overall a good site but needs a few tweaks/improvements.

The shower was very slow to drain. Would have appreciated a mop/bucket to mop shower out for the next user and help keep the facilities clean for the other campers/owners !

Loved the small family feel to the campsite. Kids absolutely loved the park area and playing in the stream.
Great that we were able to hire a bbq fire pit.

Really beautiful place and the other campers were so friendly. My children had made friends within minutes. Facilities are good and close to pitches, ground is level, self-check-in is easy. Nothing to dislike, I wish we had stayed longer.

The freedom of the site - you can pitch up wherever you like! The facilities were all clean and the water was boiling hot! Really lovely site!

Great swings, hammocks, safe places to play etc with peaceful and lush surroundings. Fire pit each night was great too.

Large level pitch, easily assessable facilities. Lovely warm showers. We came back for the hammocks! Added extra of bikes for children to play with :) we’ve visited twice and will be back!

Small family run campsite, simple and serene. Ideal location just off A30 on our way from Cornwall to Kent to break up journey but would love to come stay for longer. Children loved the friendly goose, stream and tree swing. Quiet and clean toilets and showers.
