The pool, the location, the staf were all great. They helped us when we needed towing out of the mud! The pub was nice too.

The actual park was really good, excellent roads and pitch was hard standing, could do with being a bit wider, the pub was great, and food was nice and plenty , toilets were clean and decent

Was on the understanding everything was inclusive. But then crazy golf (full of leaves) £4, each
There little zoo £4 each, woodland walk, we gave up after 20 feet as to muddy and path to narrow,
But the worst was the entertainment, was in a cold barn type place, really old machines. No heating or carpets, games was 2p but they had ran out, really stuck in the 80’s dj accidentally put a swear song on and they was rubbish, kids running riot, not enough seats, in the end my children and wife hated it so after a hour of this hell we went back to the caravan, and leaves everywhere! Would of thought they would have a leaf blower so it’s a bit safer going into the toilet block as leaves are slippery, definitely wouldn’t recommend going here,

Location the girl on reception was helpful

No good toilets for the disabled cracked tiles in the bathroom the same cow webs in the windows were there 3 days later. No entertainment for adults overpriced drinks and food in the pub.the caravan pitches were not level and our mum had to put blocks under her motor home because she was sacred of rolling back and left a day early because she rolled back in the night so could not sleep. The recycling was far away from the site which is not good when you are disabled.

The petting zoo and facilities

The site was beautiful clean with plenty of facilities and things to do, the shop was well stocked with very nice, reasonably priced local produce . We bought some pork steaks for our barbecue that were delicious. The site is very close to some amazing beaches and beautiful places.

The grass clippings hadn’t been collected, this meant we we were constantly cleaning it out of the van or having to remove our shoes every time.

Really enjoyed our stay, had a good pitch close to amenities, showers and toilets were kept clean and always had a nice hot shower. Lots on the park to do and keep children entertained. I liked the little shop it had everything you needed and more, the choice of places to eat was good as well, especially liked the various catering vans that came onsite. All in all a good holiday and I’d definitely come back. Good location too! We went to croyd, Woolacombe, ilfracombe, saunton sands and Combe Martin. All around the area.

Petorama all the way!! 🩷 Spent so much time there with all the animals and the petting zoo’s lovely owners, Suzy and Rob. Shame its a little too far from us, otherwise I’d sign up as a volunteer :) I have collected them some used old towels, blankets, bedding sheets etc since our last visit a few weeks ago, for their animals as bedding. They were delighted, and I could only suggest the same for animal lovers who’s visiting them: If you got some in your home, just drop it in for them, rather than bin it. Every little helps.

Campsite was great, so as the weather. It was fab, and less busy - given that the summer holidays just finished.
Still so much more activities to try on our next visits.
