I LIKED THE ROAD OUT

We didn’t actually go because the reviews over different platforms were so bad in June/July. We tried to contact them to discuss but no one answered the phone and the only email we got was to say they understand and were busy.

With so many reviews saying the site is sand and weather to be wet we didnt want to risk a bad and unsafe experience so we went somewhere else

Nice beach

Toilet/ Shower block was filthy our entire stay. No Toilet roll ever , every single soap dispensers broken . Spoke to reception a few times along with many other guests and still nothing done. So short staffed that half the activities or facilities were just not open. Laundrette was filthy and only 3 washers and driers. Very poor over all and won't ever be going back to this site. If this is a location you want to visit, look elsewhere

Really good facilities,the restaurant sold good food and night entertainment was good.

How clean and tidy the washroom and shower room was. Staff were friendly and helpful and plenty to do around the site

Loved the pitch and the surroundings, the park is in a beautiful location with easy access to the beach, plenty of entertainment on site, good pool and nice food.
The staff where very accommodating and friendly
Handy wee shop on site
There’s also a sports bar called the 19th Hole,a hotel and a local chippy all selling great food less than 10ish walk just outside the park

Only down side the facilities!! shower block not the cleanest, showers are tight to get in and the curtain doesn’t save your fresh clothes from a good soaking.(no curtains in male facilities ) Water spraying from adjacent showers
WiFi, it says there is WiFi at the pitch there is not!! You only get WiFi at the club house if you are lucky enough to log on
The waste areas need better signing as someone put hazardous waste in a great waste disposal which will take some cleaning

Entertainment as expected family organised. Pitches exalent will spaced site clean. Staff very welcoming and polite. Would go again.

Shower water running though other showers. Not highgineic

Plenty to do for kids and clean facilities. Kids loved it.

Expensive dining out in the restaurant. Not much space per site.

Terrible noise during the night fighting swearing so glad it never wake the kids up !

Didn’t get to do much as it was booked up

I called main call centre to see if both a tent and awning was allowed, the guy said anything can as long as it’s within the pitch size and you add it as an extra so I paid for both. When we got there I clarified that I could put both a tent and awning up and the receptionist said no you can’t, I said I’d paid for it and she replied, there’s not even an option for a tent. So 4 of us had to squeeze into an awning to sleep and leave our stuff outside
