Great spotless site , only stayed two nights but would have liked to have stayed several more

Pleasant surroundings, Clean facilities, Peaceful evenings, Nearby Supermarkets (within 3 miles), Free wifi, Helpful staff, Beautiful scenery, noon checkout was nice for stress-free packing up, Near Bangor and Caernarfon for eating out.

There's not much to dislike really.

This campsite is so clean and pretty, I travelled with friends and really enjoyed stay

Showers and toilets were absolutely incredibly clean

My only criticism is we camp in the bottom field and road was noisy from 7.30am
As campsite go a little overpriced

What a gem of a site. So peaceful with Immaculate facilities and the 2 wardens (N&D) keep the grounds maintained to a high standard, and are very useful to tap into for knowledge of the local area(s). The site is in a perfect location to explore Snowdonia, Anglesey, Betw-y-coed and beyond. High level of security which is an added reassurance. We even had a great internet connection on our pitch. Thank you for a wonderful stay…. we will be back

How safe , friendly and clean the site was , superb wash facilities, Wi-Fi was fantastic for the kids at night , great location for exploring North Wales

Nothing

Lots of room to play on the field, modern and clean toilet blocks, fun games room, close to Caernarfon and Sherpa bus services to Yr Wyddfa, though this convenience comes with road noise.

Dislike is a strong word, these are more observations: The pot wash facility is a bit small and awkwardly placed. Would benefit from more bins on site, particularly to encourage recycling.

The campsite was beautifully maintained, facilities immaculate and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was quiet and peaceful with beautiful views. plenty of space around the pitches for kids to run around and play. Myself and my son both really liked it. It was also a good base to explore from, and lots to do. We visited Anglesey, Snowdon, castles, a zoo and loads more. All within a 20-40 min drive from the site. We had a fantastic few days and would definitely come back.

If you have a dog not many places to walk nearby

The campsite is extremely well maintained, including the toilet and shower blocks which are always immaculate. The staff are helpful and friendly. The option of WiFi is nice, and the location is great for National Trust visits.

Although this campsite is beautifully kept, that comes at a cost, which is one of almost constant noise due to the grass cutters and strimmers. On top of that is the nearby road noise which is tolerable during the day, less so at night, as well as the small aircraft which fly most of the time directly overhead. Something which others might find a positive we did not, which is the CCTV camera pointed directly at our tent. Good for security, but bad for being able to just relax without feeling watched.
