A very well kept and presented site offering caravan and tent pitches . We stayed in our tent with electric hookup - liked that the water supply was alongside each hookup so very convenient. Large pitches and ground quality good making the tent setup easy as pegs went straight in. The facilities and modern and were always spotless clean. We chose the site for easy access to Angelsey and various locations we planned to visit including several Zip World sites and snowden - ideal location.

A minor point, but there were only two shower/toilet blocks close to the tent pitches . Each of these have two toilets and only one shower . On a few occasions both showers were in use and hence had to return later . I can imagine this to be an issue if the site were super busy which it was not during our stay.

Clean, tidy, well maintained site. Large pitches with good space between pitches. Facilities are of a high standard.

Very expensive in comparison to other sites

The warden met us at the gate we found our pitch really quickly
The site is amazing proper camping pitches Plenty of room between tents There are fields for non electric and fully serviced camping
We were in a very secluded spot surrounded by trees Which was lovely and quiet

You can hire a firepit and buy logs
There is a play barn for the kids to enjoy
We have booked the Shepard's hut end of September
And will definitely be returning next yr
Friendly staff who work really hard to keep the site clean and tidy

We were greeted on arrival and given instructions which included local places to get something to eat.
As we were only staying for the night we didn't check out the games room on site.
The toilet block and access/disabled facilities were extremely well maintained and clean.
I had a request due to my access needs and it was able to be accommodated, which was very appreciated.
The campsite was quiet and enabled us to rest.
I felt safe and secure on the site.

The surrounding area is obviously stunning, being north wales. The showers/toilets were brand new and very good.

The attitude of the staff are a bit cold. Once checked in I let my son read the site map to find our pitch. We missed a turning (both of us) and a very grumpy warden demanded to know where my pitch was. When I told him, he moaned that I had gone the wrong way. I said it didn’t really matter I could just turn around and he sulked off with a scowl. I thought there was no need for that and just left it. When I got to my pitch it was u clear of the boundary. Instead of setting up on the steep gradient, I started setting up on the flat. The woman who checked us in came up and told me I was in the wrong place. I pointed out the pitch numbers and she said the people in the pitches preceding mine had set up in the wrong place so I had to set up further along - ON THE SLOPE!! it had been a long day with 2 toddlers and so I just said ok, I’ll set up on the slope. We can roll down in our sleep!! After I set the tent up (45mins) I got a call saying I could look at another pitch. I said I’d be ok because I couldn’t be bothered to take the tent and everything down to set up again!!
An hour or so later, my 3 yr old wanted to use the toilets. She started over to them. The two wardens I had already met were cleaning the toilets. The woman moaned at my 3 yr old, making her cry, telling her she can’t be wandering about. She then told me that she couldn’t be wandering around because of the cars. My daughter was crying now. Instead of saying what I wanted to, to the pair of them, I went for sarcasm and suggested I put a leash on her. She told me that if she gets ran over it was my fault. She is lucky I kept it civil because I don’t take kindly to bossy miserable people moaning at my kids.
The two of them soured the stay and I’ll never go there again. It was expensive for what it was and there is sooo much choice in the area I’ll not need to go there again.

We loved it all. We arrived on time but a previous customer had not left and was still on our porch and no where to be seen. Called reception and both people I spoke to were apologetic (not needed) and found us another spot by shuffling others around. Such a relief and so helpful. The whole site was beautifully maintained. Fantastic location for amazing views and places to go visit. Showers and toilets spotlessly clean. Great sized pitches and helpful dog walks close by. Thoroughly enjoyed out stay and would recommend the site to anyone.

I guess with the popularity of the site increasing it would be beneficial to have a few more shower facilities but the wait wasn’t to bad. Nothing to dislike, a great place to stay.

Lovely clean campsite. Toilets and showers were spotless and there was plenty of them.
Owners were really friendly and helpful and very welcoming.
Tent pitches were a great size with plenty of space in between pitches.

Didn't really dislike anything but the only thing I would change would be to have a toilet and shower block closer to the tent pitches. All of the blocks/facilities were closer to the caravan pitches but you would assume the caravans would have toilets, so not as much need for the toilet blocks to be close by.
