Liked: Very nice site with very friendly staff. Just a little bit out of the way but only a short drive into Caernarfon. Caernarfon itself is a wonderful town with a very impressive castle. Very easy to park with a 7m motorhome on the car park next to the castle. All in all, a very pleasant stay.
Disliked: Not enough bins.

Liked: Perfect little hideaway! Very private, loved the log burner and the outside kitchen, nice mix of home comforts and being in nature. Toilet inside so no need to go to camp facilities. Great reception upon arrival, and very helpful re local amenities/taxis etc. Would definitely recommend.

Liked: Lovely site with excellent showers and clean facilities and tidy pitches/ communal areas . Good walks around the site and bus stops right outside the site. It helped having good weather which made the views stunning

We really loved this site and would recommend.
Worth knowing that many of the pitches have permanent tenants in case you don't like that but it wasn't a problem for us (no scruffy old 'vans; everything clean and well maintained). Site is on a slope and although pitches are pretty level it's worth packing your levelling ramps for best results.Disliked: Excellent shower but shower cubicles (in general) are too small to be wet rooms! They just get wet all over and there's nowhere dry to get dressed. Sorry, not this site in particular but this is a pet hate of mine wherever I find it! Maybe shower curtains?

Liked: We absolutely loved the whole experience.
It was our first time camping as a family and so happy we chose this site. We were at number 53 which was spacious, had a tap and electric socket and a picnic table. We loved how the pitches had bushes/tree's separating them to give you a bit of seclusion to other campers.
The wardens were lovely and friendly and you can tell they take great care of the camp. They luckily had some kindling, logs and firestarters for sale, as well as some little fire pits to hire which was brilliant!
There are two separate toilet/ shower blocks. 1 main one with a Ladies and Gent's and the other with two unisex toilets and a toilet/shower room. We went to both which were extremely clean and well maintained.
I was worried as our pitch didn't have car parking next to it..... but it was about 10 steps away from our tent so no complaints there.
All in all we had a lovely time, even with the rain the next day and would definitely stay here again 🥰 for more than one night too 🥰
