Great hosts. Lovely views. Great pubs nearby and a really happy vibe. The pizza and beer van looked good too. We’re going back next year.

Amazing campsite. Good space, flat and family friendly. The facilities are really good which allowed me to pack less. We ordered pizzas from the site on the Saturday evening and had breakfast sandwiches on the Sunday. There is also a bar on site. The staff are very friendly. Showers indoor and outdoor. We will definitely return. Close to Birmingham attractions. We went to Cadburys World. Hatton Country World about 2 miles. We visited the pub recommended 5 minutes drive Tom O Wood, really nice food.

Hosts were lovely and welcoming on entry. Happy hour at the mobile bar was a nice touch. Pitch was large and flat. Very quiet campsite with children but very well supervised and well behaved. Not always our experience. Strict rules for quiet times helped with this.

The bar was only open until 8. The toilets were not particularly clean but serviceable.

Lovely site. Just the size we like. Clean and tidy.

An amazing weekend, staff were very friendly, approachable and always on hand to help. Great facilities. We will be back. Its great to see the kids playing outdoors in the space provided. 2 days without wifi was bliss

The welcome we received and being personally shown to our pitch and all explained and shown clearly.
The campsite was clean, tidy and seemed well thought out.
If in the area , we would definitely use this campsite again.

Loved the bar and the friendly staff. The location was great, and peaceful. Plenty of space as the pitches are around the edge of the field. Friendly greeting.

The outside shower was fun but only one of them had hot water.

The hand dryer in the gents toilet was very poor, not worth having. Also they use a lot of urinal blocks as there seemed not to be any water to flush the urinals. There is waterless urinal insert called Whiffaway and these would have been a better and cheaper option.

The cleaning wash basins are too low you have to bend down to wash up.

Quiet, pop up bar (but no pizza as advertised)

The rules!! They are ridiculous! But only apply to some by the looks of it. We were told by the nice gentleman warden where we could pitch, but had to be within the fire breaks, fare enough. Then some busy body woman came over saying we couldn't pitch where we were, we had to be within the fire breaks. We were DEFINITELY within the fire breaks. The following morning 2 tents pitched next to each other in their 'lines' with an event shelter between them completely ignoring the firebreak, they were pitched behind the busy body woman too! Nothing said. We promptly packed up and left. Won't be going back!! Way too over priced for the facilities. We have toured from Inverness to Lands End and this is the most expensive site we have stayed at! And the paying the balance 8 weeks before your arrival is just absurd.
