The view is lovely. Staff very friendly and helpful. Facilities clean Great location for exploring the Dordogne.
Met some great people who have been visiting for years.

Trees need attention regarding dead wood and bugs (these became invasive) when parked under them. .

enough to get a riverside pitch it was beautiful. Been able to walk out of our caravan and go for a swim was ideal. The bar and facilities were very good. Toilets and showers were basic but very clean.

Campsite had been let go, not maintained, swimming pool still closed. Only 4 guests staying there when we were there. Could be a great site and maybe was but not anymore.

Great riverside location with good size plots and friendly reception team. We only stopped for one night but had everything we needed within a very short walk eg. wash facilities and showers. Also within easy walking distance of the local town and some local attractions.

This is our third stay here. We are always greeted warmly by Maria and her staff and she will always try her best to accommodate our needs.
The site is situated right on the banks of the Dordogne and has easy access to the river for swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding. There is kayak hire right at the edge of the campsite.
The food served in the bar is always great quality and value for money.
The toilets are always clean and the showers are warm and fairly powerful.
The village is a short walk away (you can easily cycle this) and has a market day and a Casino shop that sells anything you may have forgotten.

What's not to like about this Dordogne riverside location! Nice shady pitches, clean ablutions and hot showers, onsite bar & restaurant...close to a village and all the region offers. The site borders on the river so you don't have to go far for a good swim or paddle board or kayak (in fact you can rent canoes next to the campsite at the bridge). There is a pool but there was no need to use it thanks to the sparkling crystal clear Dordogne. A gem of a campsite.

Our pitch was 1 minute walk from the river and 3 minutes from the pool. Great pitch, good size, flat and tent’s were in the shade all day. Enough room to put the car and play. Toilets and washing up were really close. Great food at the restaurant and not expensive. Staff were really friendly. Close enough to walk to town when it’s not really hot but far enough away to not hear the traffic.

Not enough bins. 1 small one per toilet block and nothing by the bar.
