Liked: Only stayed one night but friendly staff on a quiet small site in a beautiful location; tree views on the hills. The site had a small shop for necessities. Electric included in the price.
Disliked: No option to recycle waste.

Liked: We visited Blackbrook Lodge as a family party of 12 - 8 adults & 3 children plus a dog 😊 This was the first time we have all camped together & we had a fantastic weekend. The owners were friendly & very welcoming. The facilities and site were lovely & clean. The whole family enjoyed fishing from the lake - at 51 years of age and a fishermans wife even I caught my 1st fish!!🎣

Liked: Toilets were always clean and tidy. Site was quiet in the late evening/overnight which is great when you have babies and small children to get to bed. My other half had great fun fishing and caught many fish. The shop sells any essential items and the staff are friendly, always have a smile on their faces and are willing to help when needed.

Disliked: Was put on the top field next to road, very, very noisy when traffic passed, actually woke me twice when lorry passed, lots of people "living" there, felt a bit like a traveller camp

Liked: Friendliness of staff on site, quick walk to the loos. Everything was clean and neat. Secure site. Quiet campsite even with families on it. Lovely area.
