From the moment you drive into the site to the moment you leave (in our case 10 minutes later- as we turned around after seeing pitches and facilities and drove out and stayed in a lovely site just up the road!) it reminds you of an eerie very dated and closed holiday camp.
We should have known as it was empty where most other sites were buzzing !
All pitches were in shade - pitch markings not clear (poles fallen over or run over) taps needed a very strange attachment to fix hose onto (we have several on board but never seen the like !) and tree overhangs low for Motorhomes. No privacy generally really unkempt and scruffy/ dirty.

Disliked We selected this site because it is listed as having a swimming pool however the pool is derelict and closed in AUgust. Pitch up should do more to make their descriptions up to date and be honest and accurate.

Liked Ottima accoglienza super gentili e disponibili, piscina enorme e piazzale con erba.
Il supermercato è ben fornito, e i prezzi sono super onesti
La posizione è ottima ci sono spiagge a pochi minuti a piedi, percorribili grazie a una bellissima passerella sul lungomare in legno

Disliked L'unica cosa che cambierei sono le piazzole per le tende, che sono molto strette e piene di radici, che rendono scomodo il posizionamento della tenda. E anche volendo tenere la macchina in piazzola fare manovre è molto complicato

Disliked Une vraie arnaque! Visité le 19 Août, piscine fermée, verte, horrible, car « pas de maître nageur ». Pas de salle pour enfants ou de jeux pour enfants comme noté dans le descriptif car la mairie les a fait enlever car insalubres… pour autant pas d’excuse ni de remise… douche et sanitaires vieillissants… wifi ne fonctionne pas…camping vraiment à éviter.

Local attractions

The gorgeous city of Santiago de Compostela is a wonderful place to spend some time – there’s heaps to see here, so getting the shuttle in and out a couple of times is a great idea. The spectacular cathedral is the city’s glittering highlight, with the huge Praza do Obradoiro square just outside. Simply wandering the streets of the Old Town is lovely too – looking out for places like Praza da Quintana and stopping for drinks and eats along the way. To get a good overview of it all, head to Monte do Gozo (five minutes' drive/half an hour's walk), which has fabulous far-reaching views across the city’s rooftops. There are lots more places to have a walk nearby too (often involving a river or waterfall), plus fishing and horse riding. If you'd like to see a bit more of this part of Spain, Vigo, A Coruña and Pontevedra are all within an hour's drive, as is the lovely wine-producing coastal town of Cambados – all make excellent day trip options.
