Lovely peaceful spot with loads of nature. Staff are super friendly, facilities are clean (pool included!) and Wi-Fi's great. Just be aware there aren't many toilets/showers shared between guests, but they're sorting it.

Liked This place is almost perfect, good wifi in each section, nice clean. Animals to see decore was great, BBq’s pizza ovens not far from the beach friendly people great place

Liked Excellent camp site, so well thought out and imaginative.
The owner was fabulous, so pleasant and helpful.
Great wifi, and great leisure areas, pizza oven, steak grills, hammocks, pool.

Disliked Be careful not to go down to the bottom section of the camp site if towing a caravan, difficult to get back up. Top area excellent.

Liked Delightful and relaxed little home farm with animals and great play areas if you come with kiddies. Great views overlooking the valley and a calm and peaceful environment

Disliked The toilet block is made from a lorry which is quite ingenious and quirky but really could be kept cleaner.

Liked The place is stunning!!! With a variety of facilities for preparing food and facilities for children. Very nice staff!!! And dogs are allowed (: Exactly what we were looking for!!!

Disliked Maybe if there was an extra toilet and shower in the tent area.

Liked -Nous avons apprécié l’acceuil qui nous a été réservé (tour du propriétaire, explication etc)
-Emplacement paisible, proche des chevaux
-Possibilité du choix de l’emplacement
-Tarif largement mérité
-Acceuil des chiens qui est un vrai point positif

Disliked -Notre côté peu sportif à moins apprécié la montée pour aller se doucher :))

At the mouth of the Mondego River, Figueira da Foz is a genteel seaside town with an elegant turn-of-the-20th-century district (the so-called Bairro Novo), plus archaeological and ethnographic exhibits at the Museu Municipal Santos Rocha. However, the main reason to visit Figueira is its expansive stretch of sand, pounded by Atlantic waves. Coimbra, the former capital of Portugal, is renowned for its ancient university, which includes a lush botanical garden, the ornate Joanina Library and an old-fashioned cabinet of curiosities at the Museu da Ciência. Across the Mondego River, the Miradouro Santa Clara has splendid views of the city. A day in Nazaré (one hour’s drive) might get you hooked on surfing, whether you just sit on the sand and marvel at the acrobatic displays by expert athletes or decide to have a go yourself (there’s a surf school at the northern end of the beach).
