Extras

• A charge of €1,00 (R20,69) applies for the use of the shower.

Admission

• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
• At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.

General

• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.

Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 15 day(s) of arrival.

General

• Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.
• Fires, barbecues and/or firepits will not be permitted in dry, windy and/or hot weather conditions.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: €250,00 (R5 173,44) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.

General

• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Vehicles

• No cars/motorbikes by the pitch/unit. All cars must be parked in the designated area.

Safety

• No charcoal barbecues allowed.

Occupancy

• No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Hired accommodation

• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Vehicles

• No vehicle movement between 9 p.m. and 7:30 a.m..

Safety

• Open fires are prohibited.

General

• Public areas are non-smoking.
• Quiet hours must be respected between 10:30 p.m. and 7:30 a.m..
• Quiet hours must be respected between 1:30 p.m. and 4 p.m..

Reception

• Reception is open from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. between 30/04 and 20/10.

Hired accommodation

• The damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit required on arrival can only be paid for in cash.

General

• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.
• This is a quiet site: no music is allowed.

Arrivals and departures

• Units will be allocated on arrival.

Visitors

• Visitors must leave the premises by 8:30 p.m..
• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.

Pitches

• You must follow the management directives when pitching your tent/unit and related equipment.

Hired accommodation

• Your unit must be left clean and tidy, a fine of €50,00 (R1 034,69) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.
