Great facilities for everyone! Loads of free activities like mini-golf & canoeing. Site and loos are spotless, as is the pool. Friendly staff add to the chill vibe. Some unisex loos and older washing spots. Wi-Fi's at reception only. Pitches are spacious, nice trees.

Liked This is such a peaceful site which has lots going on. It is well laid out and well presented. Excellent facilities and close to Futuroscope. But there are lots of other places to visit as well.

Liked This is a fabulous site with owners doing everything they can to make you feel welcome.
Pedalo and canoes on the lake were a highlight for the family as well as the lovely atmosphere in the outside bar/restaurant area. Mini golf and trampolines are another addition for family fun
Swimming pool was clean (smaller kids pool out of action currently but large pool enough to accommodate everyone)
Facilities were very clean and lovely hot water for shower
Pitches were large

Disliked Nothing! There is obviously a lot of effort and work going in to renovating this lovely site. It was a true reflection of the love and care the owners are putting in.

Liked L’idée était de passer une nuit en camping avec mes deux garçons de 9 et 7 ans pour partir à l’aventure, et tester si ça leur plaisait: pari plus que réussi dans ce camping extraordinaire pour les familles! Une multitude d’activités s’offraient à nous (piscine, tyrolienne, pédalo, canoë, jeu de dames et échec géants, mini golf, trampoline, etc), dans un formidable coin de paradis, très calme, au milieu de la nature. Les propriétaires étaient très accueillants et, très important: tout était impeccable!! Mon mari ne va pas avoir le choix: les garçons vont vite demander à y retourner tous ensemble!

Liked Stephanie and the team were amazing. Helped us in every way possible to make sure we all had a great time. We were sad to leave.

Perfect for families with kids. In our group we had 20 people ranging from 1 years old to 84 years of age and everyone had an amazing time. In the evening they would bring a buggy to help the 84 year old get to and back from the restaurant. Very thoughtful.

Liked Beautiful campsite. Well maintained and a wonderful team of people working there.

The mussels is also delicious. Very accommodating and caring.

We stayed there for 3 nights and had an amazing time. We used the kayaks a lot.

I booked this campsite for a group of 20 and unfortunately the site only lets me do the reviews and hence I am reviewing this on behalf of the group.

Liked Friendly people. Amazing grounds. Great food. Excellent facilities for the kids. The lakes are beautiful. Just an amazing place to camp or lodge. We used both as we were a group of 20 persons.

If the kids have anything to do with your itinerary, it may well go like this: Futuroscope (half an hour’s drive) for 4D simulator rides, thrills on ‘Destination Mars’ rollercoaster and musical extravaganzas. Next up could be ZooParc de Beauval (about an hour) to see endangered tigers and honey bears from the cable-car ride above their enclosures. Continuing the wildlife theme, at La Vallée des Singes (also around an hour) you can spot monkeys and gorillas wandering their terrain freely – or how about watching keepers feed reptiles at La Planète des Crocodiles (50 minutes)? There are engaging treasure trails for the whole family at Château de Monthoiron (15 minutes), and if you’ve got the time (and any energy) left, then the spectacular pageants with casts of thousands at Puy du Fou (two hours) will also be quite high on the bucket list. After all that, you deserve your choice of day out too. Have a meander around the medieval walls of historic Chauvigny (35 minutes), and explore the photogenic ruins of the Château des Evêques. If you feel like an indulgent adults-only escape, book a spa treatment at the thermal resort in La Roche-Posay (15 minutes).
