Camping and touring

Pitches

• A cable measuring at least 15 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.

Dogs

• A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.

Safety

• Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.

General

• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.

Dogs

• Dogs are not allowed during high season between 06/07 and 31/08.
• Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.

General

• Entertainment and activities are available between 06/07 and 31/08.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.

Dogs

• Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: €200,00 (R4 084,32) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.

Extras

• Motorbike(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

Occupancy

• No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Hired accommodation

• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Vehicles

• No vehicle movement between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m..
• Only one car is to be parked by the pitch. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.

Pool

• Only park guests are authorised to use the pool.

Safety

• Open fires are prohibited.

General

• Public areas are non-smoking.
• Quiet hours must be respected between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.

Reception

• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from to between 06/07 et 31/08.
• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to noon and from 2 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. between 06/04 - 05/07 and 02/09 - 22/09.

General

• The bar and/or restaurant is open between 06/04 et 22/09.
• The bar is open between 06/04 and 22/09.

Vehicles

• The car is only included in the rate if you are travelling with a touring caravan or a tent. If you wish to bring a car along with your motorhome/campervan please select the extra.

General

• The grocery shop is open between 06/04 et 22/09.

Pool

• The indoor swimming pool is open between 06/04 and 22/09.

General

• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Pool

• The outdoor swimming pool is open between 06/04 et 22/09 (subject to weather conditions).

Dogs

• The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).
• The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.

• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

• Units will be allocated on arrival.

Visitors

• Visitors are not permitted on site.

General

• You'll need an Environment Agency rod licence (you'll need to apply for this beforehand).

Pitches

• You must follow the management directives when pitching your tent/unit and related equipment.

Hired accommodation

• Your unit must be left clean and tidy, a fine of €50,00 (R1 021,08) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.
