Well-kept, family-run site with friendly staff, modern facilities & peaceful vibes. Guests loved the spacious pitches, great showers & heated pool. Perfect for exploring villages & beaches, plus easy cycling access. Mostly faultless, just a few flies noted.

Liked Facilities were great, swimming pool was warm and not too busy. Lovely bar with great pizzas. Friendly staff. The nearby town of Matignon is really pretty and close by. We loved our stay here!

Liked Camping très tranquille, avec des sanitaires et des douches propres. Le personnel est réactif et répond rapidement à nos demandes.

Disliked Le fait de ne pas disposer de badge pour la barrière est contraignant, car il faut systématiquement solliciter l’accueil pour qu’elle soit ouverte. De plus, la présence importante de mouches peut rendre le séjour moins agréable.

Liked Lovely site, very warm welcome and Lorette and her team were very helpful.
Site was clean and tidy and the newer toilet shower block had been well thought through. Lots of hot water and never too busy.
The campsite was very relaxed and felt very safe for us as a same sex couple and for our 10 year old daughter. Very family oriented as English family we felt very welcomed by all as most other campers were mainly French or Dutch Everyone appreciated my partners attempt at French speaking and encouraged it.
Themed evenings which we didn’t take advantage of however everyone that did seemed to be having a good time.
The pool was lovely very useful for our daughter who was too old for the play park but too young for the games room.
Close to lots of tourist spots, we visited Mont Saint Michel, St Malo, Dinard, Dinan, Erquy, Saint Brieuc all within an easy drive.
Matignon itself has everything you need, Super U, Vets if you are taking your dog, restaurants etc.
we will be back

Liked Immaculately clean toilets and showers, with adjustable temperature control. Good electricity on pitch with large well kept pitches. Lovely swimming pool. Walking distance into the town with all amenities and fabulous weekly market. This is a superb site with friendly helpful staff, can highly recommend

Liked What a find this site was! Spacious pitches divided by hedges, plenty of shade, excellent toilet and shower blocks and plenty of facilities. (We used the pool, parks and tennis courts during our short stay). The staff are so helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Local attractions

A tree climbing park, an 18-hole golf course and a recreation park are all nearby, as are watersports such as diving, boat trips, sand yachting and paddleboating from the Cotes-d'Armor waters. Mountain bike and hiking trails leave from nearby; ask the amiable owners for their top tips on which to follow. The closest beaches are at Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, the port town and seaside resort that became a swish place to build one's villa around the middle of the 19th century (the Quartier des Mielles and the Pointe de la Garde are where you'll see the poshest examples). Sandy beaches are around the town, along with a spacious Emerald Coast headland, hidden coves and the GR 34 coastal route. A couple of capes are must-sees around this part of Brittany, the first being the purple headland of Cape Erquy, 20 minutes' drive away at the eastern end of St-Brieuc Bay and home to Erquy port, famed for its scallops and beach resort. Then there's stunning Cap Fréhel, 20 minutes' drive to the north, with seabird reserve, old lighthouse and fortified castle, and spectacular vistas over the Emerald Coast and the Channel Islands.
