Worth every penny! Absolutely lovely site
Dahlia geodesic dome
Liked Set in it's own walled garden shared with the other glamping tent. The dahlia dome was huge! Lots of space inside, really thoughtfully kitted out, and a super comfy bed. The big barn just a few steps away has a great 'camping kitchen' with gas hobs, and even a fridge!! Thoughtful touches from the owners without me asking for them, they provided logs for the firepit.
The shower block just a few more steps away with your own dedicated bathroom was very clean and well thought out. And piping hot water for both the shower and nearby washing up sink area.
This is such a peaceful place to stay amongst the trees. The nearby pretty village is a short walk away, with a few cafes and friendly butchers. I loved the seafront. When the tide is out it's a great stretch for dogs. The village is really peaceful, but has everything you need. And the site is in an excellent location for the A5 to get to everywhere.
Overall this site feels well cared for, where the owners genuinely want you to have an enjoyable stay.

Exactly as advertised. Would stay again.
Butterfly bell tent
Liked Perfect. Everything was as it said. We did bring camping chairs, blankets and a bbq but we did not need anything, chairs we there for our own use. And there was a bbq to share with the pitch next door if we wanted it. You just need to bring towels as the property says. The blankets we brought due to knowing it was going to get stormy but the heater in the bell tent was ample for the 3 of us in there with the dogs and the owners did leave a blanket for each bed. Lovely and quiet, we were left alone after check in but the owners were around if we needed them. Firewood brought to us in the evenings. Dog field was perfect for off lead run about even though the dogs had ample exercise when out and about with us. Great location Co-op around the corner which is a literal 5 min walk. 15 minutes to the beach (which is stoney but further along there is sand) with a pavilion cafe and small park for the kids, you have to pay for parking there if you drive. Good base for travelling to other spots for the day and other users were respectful of everyone on site keeping noise to a minimum and also tidying up after themselves. Having your own bathroom is a bonus too, shower was hot and everything was clean. Loved the fact the camp recycles and the washing up liquid was eco friendly. No wifi, and signal is not good at all, but this wasn't a concern for us. It was time to switch off and we could get wifi when out and about.

Butterfly bell tent
Liked Had the best weekend at the campsite! On a hiking trip with 7 mates to climb Elidir Fawr circular which was a 20 minute drive away.
We had the geodome and bell tent glamping and had the field to ourselves with the other tent plots in a seperate field which was nice and seating area with firepits for the evening and cooking equipment for breakfast, everything was spot on! Sam was a great host will be coming back in the future and would recommend especially the glamping :) 10/10
