What customers say
Stunning, tranquil spot. Campsite's immaculate, owners friendly, pitches by the river with mountain vistas are a winner. Spotless ablutions & great upkeep. Ideal for outdoor fun, close to a pub. Occasional weak Wi-Fi/mobile signal, but no biggie.

Electric grass tent pitch (no pets)
Liked Beautiful site, the management were friendly and helpful, the toilet/shower facilities were well built and really clean. The camping dell felt like a secure spot and it was amazing to open the tent in the morning and look at the stream and mountains. So peaceful and we will definitely be back.
Disliked The WiFi wasn’t great but I didn’t go camping to sit on my phone so wasn’t really an issue

Amazing spot with mountain views, riverside, and clean facilities.
Electric grass tent pitch (no pets)
Liked Amazing location with stunning views of the mountains and a peaceful river running right beside the campsite. The setting is truly breathtaking. The facilities are modern, spotless, and very well maintained, making the stay extra comfortable. We were given an electric hook up and some games to play which were nice finishing touches. It’s the perfect base for exploring nearby lakes and waterfalls, all just a short drive away. A peaceful, scenic retreat that’s ideal for nature lovers. Can’t recommend it enough—we’ll definitely be coming back!

Welcoming owners at a well-kept site in a stunning location
Electric grass tent pitch (no pets)
Liked Location and views; riverside pitches; clean toilets/showers; welcoming owners onsite knowledgeable of the area; well maintained site; good facilities including washer, dryer, microwave, toaster, fridge freezer, books/DVDs to borrow; free wifi
Disliked Only one washing up station so usually had to wait to wash pots; no direct vehicle access to camping dell so a short walk to load/unload (not an issue for us but something to be aware of); local pub had limited stock and didn't take card payments (also not an issue for us but to be aware); no local shop in walking distance for any emergency supplies

Liked Stayed on one of the electric pitches. amazing scenery, we were right next to a stream with a view of mountains and loads of wildlife. the campsite was peaceful. the facilities were very clean and tidy, and were regularly cleaned. with facilities to wash up plates/cutlery if needed. There was also a section for information of the local area of things to do, which was nice to include.

Electric hardstanding campervan pitch (small)
Liked We really enjoyed our stay at Henstent Park, it was the perfect location for what we wanted to do whilst in wales.
On arrival we were welcomed when checking it was really friendly, informative and felt like they cared about each guest staying there.
The site itself was peaceful, well maintained and felt really safe to stay here
The pitch was a really good size with electric and water as well making it super convenient for our stay, we were also right by the stream and had views of the Welsh countryside too.
The facilities were always clean and well presented, we were also travelling with a young baby so the added extras such as a microwave made it simple to sterilise bottles and the large shower/bBy change was handy too
Our dog loved her walks along the stream and into the dog field on site and the site was very dog friendly.
Would stay here again if we were planning to be in the area again in the future

Amazing site, stunning location, spotless and perfect setup!
Electric grass tent pitch (no pets)
Liked My first impression, in a word — amazing!
The facilities were brilliant, and the location was absolutely picturesque. From a practical point of view, being so close to Revolution Bike Park was ideal — just a stone’s throw away. There was also a great pub in town that we made good use of!
The site itself was fantastic. We had a couple of tents and a van on-site and couldn’t fault a thing — from the quality of service to the cleanliness and overall setup. Everything was spot on.
I’ll definitely be coming back again and again. Thank you once again for a brilliant stay!
