Liked We couldn’t be happier with this site! Everything was exactly as described, and it was great to see that confirmed by all the previous reviews. We had an absolutely fantastic time! The staff were super welcoming and went out of their way to be accommodating, which really made for a wonderful experience. Highly recommend! 😊

Liked We had a lovely stay at Woodlands Caravan Park. The park was clean, peaceful, and very well maintained, with a really friendly atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The location is great for a relaxing family break, and the surroundings are beautiful. Everything was well organised, and the facilities were kept to a very good standard. It’s the perfect place to unwind and enjoy quality time away.
We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing caravan holiday. We will happily return again in the future!

Liked A great site, with excellent facilities. Check in was smooth, and it was very quiet & peaceful at night. I’d say it was one of the best sites we’ve stayed on.

With it being a busy bank holiday weekend, there was queues for showers at times, and times where the toilet block was covered in grass, but with kids running in and out & a full site, it’s to be expected.

Free wifi & TV signal also didn’t live up to the expectations they set, but again, not essential for the weekend - something to bare in mind if you like chilling watching TV though!

We’d still visit again!

Liked Great campsite, spotlessly clean, great showers, toilets, washing up facilities. Really friendly staff

Disliked Not great to be disturbed at 10am on check out day by the next people due on our pitch to ask what time we planned to leave. One of the reasons we’d specifically chosen the park was because check out time is 1pm so had planned a chilled morning, however the site and staff can not be blamed for the behaviour of other campers.

From the manager: Thank you for your feed back. I'm pleased to hear that you enjoyed the park and facilities. It is unusual for the next customers to arrive early and disturb the current customers. If people arrive early we suggest they park in the early arrivals bay and wait until their plot is free. It didn't occure to us that they would approach you and enquire when you might be leaving. Our appologies.

Liked The ladies at reception was so lovely and helpful.

Disliked I’m a dog lover but it was too many of them wasn’t very quiet during a night.

Liked Amazing location, wasnt busy, showers, toilets and washing area all absolutely clean and brilliant. Great value for money.
Left welcome sheet on window when arriving after hours but...

Disliked When you drive in, you automatically face into the caravan sight, I spent ages driving around, went back to reception to find clear signs for the camping site but it only.said overflow car park. I rang.the bell and a lad came out, I gave feedback but his attitude was sadly not good, he wasnt listening and seemed like he didnt care. I recommended putting signs up he didnt even seem bothered.

The welcome map left for you should have been highlighted with the directions to your plot; I'm sorry if this wasn't done for you. There are also signs leading the way to the camping field so maybe the staff member was confussed by your recommendation. I will definately pass on your comments to our late arrivals staff and we will work on how he needs to respond to customer needs as the season progresses. It's his first time in a role like this and we are encouraging him to engage more with campers when they arrive. Liked Great location and wonderful, clean, modern facilities. Lovely washing up area looking out over the site and hills. Good designated dog walking route.

Liked Spacious pitches that were very clearly defined and all neat and tidy.
The sculptures around the site and the painted agricultural machinery added lots of interest.
Clean toilets and showers. The children’s playground is an added bonus for families.

Liked Beautifully run family site, lovely hosts, pitches are well spaced and well kept. The surroundings are amazing. Facilities are awesome. Love the cafe just by the entrance great food.
