Liked: The Josie Jane pod was fantastic we loved the separate bedrooms, the hot tub was great and the large garden was perfect for our child and dog. Nothing was too much trouble for Sarah and Mark. They were on hand for any questions or help we needed and the added touches for our little one were very much appreciated. We always like to try and avoid fireworks for our dog and this place was perfect for that.

Josie Jane 2 bedroom camping pod
Liked: Stayed in the Josie Jane pod for the weekend and fell in love with the place, the location and views were probably the best we have experienced so far and we have been to many pods/lodges over the years. From the start we were met by Mark who showed us around and explained the hot tub. The pod itself was immaculate and very comfy. We traveled with a 2 year boy and a young border collie, so the garden area was ideal to keep them both amused over the 2 days with plenty of space and freedom. During our visit Mark offered to let our 2 year old nephew help him feed the chickens which he loved and we thought that was an excellent gesture. With all the pods we have stayed in we have never had any interaction with the owners and found this very welcoming. We will definitely be back as soon as possible.

Liked: Excellent place to relax and unwind.
Couldn't fault anything on the site, everything you needed was in the cabin. We had our 2 dogs with us who had an enclosed area to run about, they loved the freedom of just going out at there leasure and doing there thing while we were either in the hot tub or just chilling inside.
Mark and Sarah made you feel welcome on arrival and were very accommodating.
Will definitely be back for another relaxing break here.

Liked: Such a wonderful little hidden gem.
Truly dog-friendly too, the garden is fully enclosed and the owners love dogs, even bringing ours a treat when we arrived.
The weather was so wet the days we were there but the cabin stocked everthing for a peaceful day relaxing, with the sky clearing at sunset so we had a trememdous view of all the stars while we sat in the hot tub.

Liked: A fantastic trip, Knockneen Croft is spectacular. The host are friendly and extremely helpful. Stunning views and amazing sunsets. The addition of milk, tea and coffee was greatly appreciated. Fire wood for the hot tub was available - the hot tub was one of the highlights of the stay. Spacious living space with sofa and a well equipped kitchen. 10/10 phenomenal place.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike at all! A stunning location and phenomenal hosts.

Liked: We stayed at Knockneen Croft for 2 nights and it really was a home away from home. The pod was kitted out with everything we needed and the owners were welcoming and friendly. The views were second to none and it was peaceful. We were able to totally wind down and relax. There was nothing better than taking in the beautiful sunset from the hot tub in the evening. The bed was comfortable and I had the most bliss sleep both nights. The local shop in Leswalt had any additional supplies we needed and we even took a short trip to Stranraer for some shopping before unwinding back at the pod. A 10/10 weekend and we can’t thank Mark & Sarah enough for their hospitality.
