- The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).
- If making a fire, the fuel, logs and coal have to be purchased on site.
- Please note that the toilet/shower facilities are unisex.
- There is no reception on-site: on arrival please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.
- Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Liked Perfectly nestled at the foot of the fells with the most incredible views all around.
The owners were so welcoming, even helping us recharge our van battery which completely saved us!
The pitches are big and ideal for vans, the facilities were warm and clean. Great pubs and food spots close by and it is an easy walk into Keswick too! Will be returning soon :)

Disliked Just feels like a gravel carpark on a industrial estate toilets+shower and dishwashing in the same porta cabin with spongy floor the pictures on website make it look better but when you arrive you realize it's not as expected also you will hear road noise from a66 .

Liked Perfect small site very close to Keswick. Facilities exceptionally clean and well maintained. Large flat pitches. Easy access off main road.
Would have liked some sort of signage off busy main road to indicate access point, especially when it is dark.
Helpful, friendly owners. Would definitely return. Lots of interesting places to visit close by.
