What customers say
Highly-rated, friendly spot between streams. Impeccable, recently redone facilities with hot showers. Guests loved the peaceful vibe, level pitches, easy M6 access & lovely surroundings. Staff are welcoming & helpful. On-site bar & nearby pub are popular. Minor points: occasional road noise, facilities can be a walk from some pitches.

Liked Warm friendly welcome, lovely level pitch close to the bar, semi shaded so we got some sun but not too hot, clean, recently refurbished shower block plenty of hot water. Good washing up area.
Disliked Shower block located at far end of site from tent area..... a minor inconvenience!
Lots of Himalayan Balsam growing in the stream.

Absolute gem of a site
Electric grass tent pitch (six person)
Liked This is such a great campsite. This was out 2nd visit and is now our ‘go to’.
The campsite lies between a river and a stream, with stunning views all around - and less than 5 mins off M6.
On site there is a bar and a small shop offering (basics). The facilities are up there with the best I’ve seen - the toilets and showers are modern and clean. The latter being hot! There is also decent WiFi coverage and speeds.
The staff are beyond helpful and are friendly.
There’s no bustle, so I would recommend more for those who want to be surrounded by the noise of running water and birdsong.
Disliked Not found anything to dislike yet. Can’t imagine we will, but will keep going back ;-)
