This site has no on-site toilet and shower facilities.
- No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.
- Group bookings of 3 or more units (e.g. tent, touring caravan, motorhome or accommodation hire) travelling together are not permitted via Pitchup.com.
- Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.
- Single-sex bookings of 4 or more people (excluding couples) are not permitted via Pitchup.com.
- This is a quiet site: no music is allowed.
- The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).
- Touring pitch: access to the swimming pool is not included in the rate and is charged £9,00 (R215,18) per adult and £5,00 (R119,55) per child per Session.
- Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
- At least one of the party members must be aged 25 or over.
- Drive-away awnings are not permitted on site. Grey water point: please note it's not a drive over point, it needs to be run to the back of the pitch boundary via a hose.

Liked This a small self sufficient site which is very quiet . It’s just over a mile into Seahouses centre so within walking distance . I completed several walks directly from the site in the surrounding area.

Liked Very clean and well laid out site, pitches are very spacious. Location is quite and roughly a mile from Seahouses harbour via an old railway track, ideal for walking the dogs. Hook up is available but ours did not work, even after taking the onboard wiring apart!
Disliked Sat nav post code takes you to an abandoned country house!
Limited contact available with owners, however this was during Christmas break!

Liked Fantastic little site in a brilliant location. Site is spotless clean and clearly well looked after. The dog exercise area is a great size. Will definitely return in the new year 👌🏻
